We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and information are accurate. As many of our products are handmade, natural or produced in small batches, slight variations may occur.
Product availability is subject to stock on hand.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at the time your order is placed will apply to your purchase.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown before you complete your order.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product is unavailable, there has been a genuine pricing or product information error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If this happens, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected item.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Rushworth General Store does not directly store your complete credit card details.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns & refunds
We offer change-of-mind returns on eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
Gift cards
Rushworth General Store gift cards are subject to the conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Gift cards will have an expiry period that complies with Australian law and any expiry information will be clearly stated.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Promotions & discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spends or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
